The collection "Chronological Images" of Zhu Xianmin starts from 1965 reveals the real, sustained, vividly contents of more than four decades of changes in people's life, especially in areas such as changes in people's clothing, food, housing and so on after the reform and opening up in China.

Zhu Xianmin was born in Pucheng, Shangdong Province in 1943
In 1985, he held Photos Exhibition at Beijing National Museum of China, and organized tour show in Jinan, Zhengzhou, Changchun, Dalian and Taipei.
In 1988-2005, he became Director of Photography Institute at China Art Institute, founder, president and editor-in-chief of the magazine "Photo China".
In 2002, he held Photos Exhibition in Paris; Photos of Guizhou Scene exhibited at Duyun Photography Art Festival
In 2006, he was honored with Lifetime Achievement Award in Photography Industry

Zhu Xianmin Photography Exhibitions have been held in Taipei, China; Tokyo, Japan and San Francisco, the United States. In 1989 his works got the Bronze Award of Leipzig International Book Fair and the famous French photographer Cartier Bresson gave him the encouraging words: "The Eye of the truth, always toward life."
